I started this fanciful painting in Sedona, AZ in 1982 but didn’t complete it until 2006 in my new studio in Kanab, UT.

Very intense, stormy skies looming over an abandoned homestead somewhere in my mind…with the little chipmunk setting on the fencepost wondering where “his” people have gone…
